How much time do I have to complete a course?

A.

Courses are accessible for one full year upon purchase.

What’s your refund policy?

A.

A refund request must be received within seven (7) days of purchase. There will be NO refund provided if the request is outside of the seven (7) day time frame OR if a program is partially completed. Please direct refund requests to customerservice@bc.sja.ca.

Is course access instant?

A.

Course access varies from course to course. Access is instant for the following courses: TDG, WHMIS 2015, and Gas Detection. Please check your purchase confirmation email for your course login information.

Do I need to finish the course in one sitting?

A.

No, all courses are self-paced and you can resume from where you left off upon your next login session.

Do I need to use the same computer/ tablet to access the course?

A.

No, you can access your course 24/7 from any computer/ tablet with an internet connection.

I can’t get my password to work. What should I do?

A.

  1. Make sure Caps Lock is off as passwords are case sensitive.
  2. If you have logged in before you would have been asked to change your password. To reset your password....
  3. If you are still unable to log in please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.

Can I fail a course?

A.

All online courses are self-paced and designed to continually build on your knowledge. With few time constraints and multiple opportunities to master each topic, we set you up for success. You can revisit each unit as needed to complete the unit tests and the course.

Effective June 1, 2018, all employers, workers and trainers are required to utilize the global harmonized WHIMS 2015 system. With this timeline in mind we will no longer teach the WHMIS 1988 material after October 31, 2017. Dismiss
